Paul Lytle and Kathy Murphy each had their own sign business in Florida. Paul's specialty is blowing glass for neon signs, while Kathy was painting murals and hand lettering. Since then they have married, moved to Michigan, and combined their talents to form Compass Design together. They now reside near Lake Michigan with their children.
